When you start a Youth Group, there are a few things that you really need to think about. First, some of your kids may not have ever picked up a Bible or don’t come to church regularly. Therefore, helping them become familiar with both the Bible and the Church are really important to making them feel comfortable within the group. Recently, we did a scavenger hunt with our youth group. We found Bible verses that had clues that we could associate with different parts of the church building.
We designed it so that it should work for a standard Church building’s layout. All of the clues are associated things that your church is likely to have. For our kids, we even made a map of our church with rooms labeled so that those that didn’t know the layout could still have a good chance of winning. I did this in Google Slides. It’s easy to put different shapes and labels on the slide to make up your layout. All you do when you are done is go to: File, Download, Download as PDF. After that you can print it as a normal document!
